The monthly meeting of the friends of the #140 conference will be held March 8th starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Malvern Brewery.  This event will feature Warren Bobrow, the Food Editor for the Wild River Review, Valeria Maltoni, one of the first online communities associated with the Fast Company Magazine along with our own Ken Grant, Sales and Marketing Director of Analtech, Inc. and friend to Delaware.  The content will revolve around an opportunity to discuss the emerging Real-Time Internet and its effects on business.

During his tenure, he grew revenues tenfold to nearly half a billion dollars, 76 locations and 2,700 employees. Named 1999 Retailer of the Year by the trade publication Chain Drug Review. Mr. Levin is also the receipient of the Delaware Distinquished Service Medal from Delaware's Adjutant General for his work to assist the families of the National Guard and Reserve who were called to active duty during Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.

March 17th Delaware BioScience Association Bi-Monthly BioBreakfast

The 51st BioBreakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. with main speaker being John Sawyer, Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, University of Delaware.  The Delaware Bioscience Breakfast Series was launched in 2001 to bring together members of Delaware's life-science community to facilitate the creation of a life science community. This event is organized and sponsored by the Delaware Biotechnology Institute (DBI), the Delaware BioScience Association and theDelaware Technology Park. This industry-focused networking event is held every other month on the second Wednesday of the month at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute.
